This picture shows my beloved Muay Thai Boran Grandmaster Ajahn Lao Vongvilay,
At the moment I am inspired by his new book, about the whole tradition of Süa Lag Hang Muay Thai Boran, which Grandmaster Ajahn Lao Vongvilay just published in German language. It is one of the most detailed and comprehensive book about this topic. It can be bought at his school at in Munich , Germany. Samsāra (Sanskrit, ) is a Buddhist term that literally means "wheel" and is commonly translated as, "cyclic existence",or "cycle of existence". Within Buddhism, Samsara is defined as the continual repetitive cycle of birth and death that arises from ordinary beings' grasping and fixating on a self and experiences. Specifically, samsara refers to the process of cycling through one rebirth after another within the six realms of existence, where each realm can be understood as physical realm or a psychological state characterized by a particular type of suffering. Samsara arises out of avidya (ignorance) and is characterized by dukkha (suffering). In the Buddhist view, liberation from Samsara is possible by following the Buddhist noble eightfold path.
